In 2020, I started a personal project called “Monday Motivation – Felix Asks” on LinkedIn.

At the time, my timeline was filled with devastating news. Friends and colleagues were on furlough, graduates couldn’t start their internships, and many passionate hospitality professionals were forced to leave the industry. It was painful to watch an industry built on joy, connection, and service begin to unravel.

So I reached out to my network to share what still makes our world so meaningful: The people behind it.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of interviewing nearly 50 professionals from all over the world - each with a story, a spark, and a reason to stay passionate.

What withFelix is today

What started as a weekly post has grown into withFelix - a platform dedicated to celebrating the heart of hospitality.
Through biweekly interviews, curated guest recommendations, and reflections on leadership and growth, the project continues to shine a light on what makes this industry remarkable.
